This weekend I had the divine blessing of attending a yoga retreat in Ojai in historical Casa Barranca.
I was there simply to cook and serve. I had a glorious time and really felt as if I was not there but rather my being/spirit was there and flowing with creation. It went by quick and all I really recall is the empty plates and hungry Yogi's.
