Sadness washes over me like a tsunami,
It tries to take me down,
It tries to smother me with it's hateful thoughts,
But I shall not be fooled by this self pity and doubt,
Tears well up and play along the edge,
Threating to go over and take the plunge,
But I will not allow it!
Go back, run and hide for the light in my heart will win!
Now and always so run lil tear,
Go and well some place else,
For you and your sadness are not welcome here!!
